How can I restore my account backup from my old host?

If you have a backup of your account that has been generated by cPanel, we can restore it for you and your website will have the same exact information (password, emails, website, databases). If you would like to restore it, please upload it somewhere on your account and send a ticket using our support system and one of our system administrators will import it for you

IMPORTANT: You should be sure that your current account has nothing on it because it will be discarded before importing your new account.
