404 error Not Found on TEMP url http://serverIP/~username/

The temporary webpage url may not work (for security reasons). If you get an error page you'll have to wait for nameservers, of your domain, propagation (up to 48 hours) or open a ticket to have the temp url enabled (temporarely).
